RESALE SHOWS PURCHASE POLICY

Welcome to Resale Shows! By purchasing tickets or related services through Resale Shows ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "Purchaser," "Licensee") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Purchase Policy ("Policy"). This Policy governs all transactions made through our website, third-party platforms, or other mediums. If purchasing on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to inform them of this Policy.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Unless otherwise specified in writing or advertised at the time of purchase, all ticket sales, purchases, deposits, installment payments, and partial purchases made under a payment plan are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted.
2. TRANSACTION INFORMATION & PAYMENT TERMS

Your purchase is a revocable license, granting you entry to the specified event.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

We accept various payment methods, including major credit and debit cards.

If using a payment plan, timely payments must be made per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of all previously paid amounts without refund.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are strictly prohibited. If you dispute a charge with your financial institution, your order may be canceled, and you may be banned from future purchases.

Prices may be above or below the original face value of the ticket due to market demand.
3. TICKET DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY

Tickets may be delivered electronically, via mail, or through a third-party platform, as specified at the time of purchase.

It is your responsibility to safeguard your tickets. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

If the event is canceled (not postponed), you may receive a refund or credit, subject to the policies of the event organizer or venue.
4. EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE

Event dates, times, venues, and performers are subject to change. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to these changes.

Events are "rain or shine" and will not be refunded due to weather conditions.

We are not responsible for event postponements, rescheduling, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemics, strikes, or government actions. Refunds or credits, if any, will be determined by the event organizer.
5. RESALE, SCALPING & UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFERS

Tickets purchased through Resale Shows may not be resold on unauthorized secondary markets.

The resale of tickets at a higher price than the original purchase price may violate laws and could result in ticket invalidation.

Any unauthorized use of tickets for promotional purposes (e.g., giveaways, contests) is strictly prohibited.
6. ENTRY POLICIES & REMOVAL FROM EVENTS

Entry to the event is subject to the venue's policies, including security screenings and code of conduct.

The event organizer or venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee for disorderly conduct, failure to comply with event rules, or any other reason deemed necessary, without refund.

Some events may require ID verification or name changes on tickets, subject to applicable fees.
7. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing a ticket, you assume all risks associated with attending the event, including potential injury or exposure to contagious illnesses.

Resale Shows is not responsible for injuries, lost personal property, or any other damages occurring at the event.

We make no guarantees regarding seating locations, artist appearances, or event production.
8. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled with no rescheduled date, in which case a refund or credit may be provided at the event organizer’s discretion.

If a refund is issued, it will only be for the ticket’s face value and not include any service fees, shipping fees, or other charges.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be governed by United Arab Emirate (UAE) laws, and all claims must be resolved through binding arbitration, waiving the right to a class action lawsuit.
By completing a purchase with Resale Shows, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued purchases or use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
