Tournament Format

Continuing with the format introduced in 2016, Euro 2028 will feature 24 national teams competing across 51 matches. The teams will be divided into six groups of four, with the top two from each group, along with the four best third-placed teams, advancing to the knockout stages. This structure ensures a blend of excitement and competition, culminating in a thrilling final at London's Wembley Stadium.
